{"id":634,"date":"2017-10-25T16:30:31","date_gmt":"2017-10-25T16:30:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lacestitadelbebe.es\/blog\/?p=634"},"modified":"2017-10-25T16:30:31","modified_gmt":"2017-10-25T16:30:31","slug":"abrigar-bebes-invierno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacestitadelbebe.es\/blog\/abrigar-bebes-invierno\/","title":{"rendered":"Consejos para abrigar a los beb\u00e9s en invierno"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nos encontramos en pleno oto\u00f1o aunque el fr\u00edo a\u00f1o a a\u00f1o parece que se resiste cada vez m\u00e1s en llegar, las ma\u00f1anas y las noches ya son fr\u00edas, no en vano el invierno se aproxima y empezamos a sacar <strong>la ropa de abrigo del armario<\/strong>.<br \/>\nLos que tenemos un beb\u00e9 reci\u00e9n nacido en casa nos planteamos cuanto abrigar al peque\u00f1o, para nuestras madres y abuelas la ropa nunca es suficiente y envolver\u00edan al peque\u00f1o en capas y capas de abrigo. Cuidado, \u00a1no hay que exagerar! sobre todo cuando estamos dentro de casa con la calefacci\u00f3n puesta, tampoco conviene que suba en exceso la temperatura corporal del beb\u00e9, no ser\u00eda el primero al que le sube la temperatura a m\u00e1s de 37\u00ba por estar abrigado en exceso.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-636 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.lacestitadelbebe.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/abrigar-bebe.jpg\" alt=\"abrigar bebe\" width=\"284\" height=\"450\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lacestitadelbebe.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/abrigar-bebe.jpg 221w, https:\/\/www.lacestitadelbebe.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/abrigar-bebe-189x300.jpg 189w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 284px) 100vw, 284px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 284px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 284\/450;\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>A tener en cuenta a la hora de abrigar a un beb\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Lo que s\u00ed debemos tener en cuenta es que <strong>los reci\u00e9n nacidos no tienen apenas grasa<\/strong> y no son capaces de regular su temperatura corporal por lo que son m\u00e1s sensibles al fr\u00edo y al calor que los adultos. Si a esto sumamos que en el exterior no se mueven no generan calor con el movimiento como nosotros.<br \/>\nSe suele decir que <strong>debemos abrigarlos<\/strong> con una capa m\u00e1s que nosotros y eso es lo que deber\u00edamos hacer, no m\u00e1s, si hace tanto fr\u00edo que los mayores agradecemos llevar gorro, guantes y bufanda, entonces se los pondremos tambi\u00e9n a \u00e9l.<br \/>\nEn cuanto a la burbuja de pl\u00e1stico que muchos pap\u00e1s ponen a los cochecitos, a veces cuando hace sol genera un efecto invernadero y los beb\u00e9s pasan demasiado calor y se adormecen, por eso parecen tan tranquilos bajo la burbuja.<br \/>\nLo mejor es cuando sale el sol y nosotros nos desabrigamos, debemos <strong>desabrigarlos tambi\u00e9n a ellos<\/strong>, podemos ponerles la mano en la frente y si vemos que est\u00e1n muy calientes o sudan quitarles ropa. Si el ni\u00f1o suda no conviene abrigarlo m\u00e1s para evitar que el sudor se enfr\u00ede sino todo lo contrario necesita recuperar su temperatura corporal normal. Si por el contrario el ni\u00f1o tiene fr\u00edo se pondr\u00e1 p\u00e1lido y temblar\u00e1, es su manera de manifestarlo.<br \/>\nHay que tener cuidado no s\u00f3lo en invierno sino tambi\u00e9n en verano con <strong>los cambios bruscos de temperatura<\/strong> ya que estos cambios son los que nos hacen m\u00e1s vulnerables a coger un catarro. Por eso no conviene tener la calefacci\u00f3n demasiado alta en el interior de la vivienda y abrigar correctamente al peque\u00f1o al salir. La temperatura correcta en el hogar deber\u00eda ser de entre 20\u00ba &#8211; 22\u00ba y es necesario ventilarla bien todas las ma\u00f1anas para renovar el aire. As\u00ed mismo hay que tener en cuenta que la calefacci\u00f3n reseca mucho las fosas nasales lo que puede dificultar su funci\u00f3n protectora ante los microrganismos por lo que es necesario humidificar el ambiente.
